A yoga class to reconnect body and mind, perfect for preparing for the next cycling performance, for stretching muscles after exercise, or for indulging in a moment of well-being. The class will be held at the Generali Italia stand, which will provide mats thanks to the support of Freddy.
Participation is free, but registration is required.

BOOK YOUR CLASSYOGA FLOW
YOGA for BIKERS - Total Body Flow (1hour)
A yoga class designed to work on the whole body and especially the areas where tension accumulates the most post-workout/running. This is an open level, suitable for anyone who participates in sports, not just cycling.
YIN YOGA - Relaxing Flow (1hour)
A more relaxing yoga class, where we are going to stretch the muscles of the whole body with specific postures and ending in a meditation with essential oils.
VINYASA YOGA – Dynamic Flow (1hour)
A Yoga class where we are going to perform various sequences in a dynamic flow, using specific Pranayama (breath) techniques
TALK
A series of interesting talks will animate the afternoon. Among the speakers, in collaboration with Alvento, Marco Ballestracci will discuss the feats of Ottavio Bottecchia, the first Italian cyclist to win the Tour de France.
