CICLO CLUB EROICA RIDE
FOR MEMBERS ONLY
Share an exclusive adventure in the company of CicloClub Eroica members. A fun bike ride among enthusiasts will round off the reserved museum visit.
THE CHARGE OF THE DAY
A yoga lesson to reconnect body and mind, great for preparing for a cycling performance, to relax the muscles after exertion, or to treat oneself to a moment of wellbeing. The activity will take place at the Generali Italia stand, which will provide mats thanks to the support of Freddy.
Participation is free of charge but booking is compulsory.

YOGA FLOW
YOGA for BIKERS - Total Body Flow (1hour)
A yoga class designed to work on the whole body and especially the areas where tension accumulates the most post-workout/running. This is an open level, suitable for anyone who participates in sports, not just cycling.
YIN YOGA - Relaxing Flow (1hour)
A more relaxing yoga class, where we are going to stretch the muscles of the whole body with specific postures and ending in a meditation with essential oils.
VINYASA YOGA – Dynamic Flow (1hour)
A Yoga class where we are going to perform various sequences in a dynamic flow, using specific Pranayama (breath) technique.
TALK
A series of engaging talks will enliven Saturday afternoon. Among the speakers will be Team 4All with ‘Al traguardo con tanto cuore’, Marco Ballestracci who will present ‘Imerio - Romanzo di dannate fatiche’ and Giovanni Carraro who will present ‘Camminare sulle colline dell'Unesco’.
